Kelly Osbourne Returns to Fashion Police Two Weeks After Seizure Scare

Fashion emergencies are one thing, but medical emergencies are quite another. Two weeks after Kelly Osbourne was rushed to the hospital for seizing on the set of E!'s Fashion Police, the 28-year-old resumed her commenting duties while taping a new episode in L.A. on Thursday, March 21.

"Welcome back Kelly!" tweeted host Joan Rivers, who including a picture of herself with the lavender-haired star. "Thrilled to have my darling Kelly back on set at Fashion Police." Osbourne first announced her return on March 20, telling her Twitter followers, "So happy I just got the all clear from my doctor to go back to work tomorrow!"

Fashion Police producer Melissa Rivers rushed to Osbourne's aid when the star began to seize March 7. "Melissa turned Kelly's head to the side and made sure she never lost eye contact," a source says in the March 25 issue of Us Weekly. E!'s cameras got the episode on tape, a second insider reveals: "They erased all copies except one, in case her doctors need it."

Osbourne, who was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on March 11 after undergoing several rounds of tests, used Twitter to publicly thank the "doctors, nurses, medical staff and employees" for "fixing me enough to go home."

The Brit -- engaged to vegan baker Matthew Mosshart -- is already resuming her work commitments full-time. "Getting ready to start my first press day here in Amsterdam," Osbourne tweeted on Friday, March 22. "I'm so excited to be here it's not even funny!"
