Kelsey Grammer Slams Ex Camille: Housewives Was My "Parting Gift" to Her

In February 2011, Kelsey Grammer married fourth wife Kayte Walsh days after his messy divorce from Camille Grammer was finalized.

The bitter exes, who share two kids, have famously traded barbs in the press about one another and their marriage -- which disintegrated on camera during the first season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Promoting his new TV show Boss on Australian morning show Sunrise on Tuesday, the actor, 56, made yet another snippy comment about Camille, 43, and her new post-divorce fame as a reality star.

"In my mind [RHOBH] was my parting gift to her," Grammer said. "It was a very difficult marriage and a very difficult decade. I thought, 'So long, here's a present for you.'"
Emmy winner Kelsey began his romance with flight attendant Walsh, 30, while he was in NYC to perform in the Broadway show La Cage Aux Folles -- and had a hand in getting his wife (back home in Malibu, Calif.) cast on the hit Bravo show.

"Looking back, maybe he wanted to keep me preoccupied in California while he was off having his affair in New York," ex Playboy model Camille told the New York Post last year.
"I think it was more Kelsey's agenda. I was very reluctant, because I am a very private person."

33Um for anyone that says Camille cheated with him is wrong. His Wiki page clearly states wife # 3 and hims split in 1995 and he met Camille on a blind date in 1996. if he was separated then it wasn't cheating on Camilles part at least. She was dating a separated man. He's just ticked off because she gets more air time then he is

Women bring this crap on themselves with their willingness to do married dudes but come on, she has kids. She shouldn't be expected to be his biggest fan while he is out boinking everything in sight. Now Camille knows how it feels. They are both cheaters, so who can really believe either one.

He's disgusting and bought his way out of a rape charge for molesting his young teen daughter's friend during a sleepover. I will never watch any TV show that he's on. She may not be a peach but she's doing what she can to protect her children

Don't care much for either of them but Kelsey gets the edge over Camille for wanting to split his children up in the divorce. Any parent wanting to take one child and leave the other with his ex has no thought at all for how it will affect both of his children and apparently cares less. What a creep!

That was a really shi**y coward way of ending your marriage. A parting gift, she should take you for everything. If you werent happy you should have said do moved out and hired a lawyer not have an affair, run to NY, lie & then just make a phone call. You got two kids who will know everything if they dont already & they are going to take issue at the you have & are treating their mother so Mr. Liar/Coward/Cheater/ theres more but its so long so lets not go there, YOU ARE IN FOR IT> Camille you will be just fine girlfriend.
About time. Camille has been running her obnoxious mouth all over the media. Feel sorry the kids who will read all this garbage some day. By then tho, the parents will have them well BS'd.
You should both be ashamed of yourselves not for what you may or may not have done to one another but the simple fact that everything you're saying to the media about one another is permanent and some day those kids are going to hear it. how do you think they are going to feel about themselves seeing as how they are part of both of you, you will ruin their trust in both of you and their self esteem.....both of you need to grow up and get over it for their sake, no one cares what the two of you "ADULTS" do.

I can add no more than what most of the comments said below. They were all so true. What is Kelsey Grammer going to do when his young wife leaves him for a young guy. Come on pal, Do you really think she loves you. She will tire of you the way you tired of all of your ex's after short marriages. I am not a fan of Camille's, but she didn't deserve to have her marriage fall apart like that. Old story, Karma, what goes around come around. Good luck to his new wife she's going to need it. Incidentally Camille runs circles around her in the looks department. Oh and one more thing, if you were that miserable you should have gotten out of your marriage years ago.
I felt he was an ass as well (like you said, Brenda Bexson.) Camille was so bad to begin with. I loved Kelsey in Cheers and Frasier but however, give me a break. He traded her in for somebody else. Give me a break! I was not a fan of Camille on the first season of Real Housewives but I love her in the second season. She probably got half of his Frasier money so go you! Camille!
