The 40-year-old singer will reunite with former bandmates Nick Carter, Brian Littrell, A.J. McLean and Howie Dorough when their upcoming cruise stops in Nassau, Bahamas.

Richardson is slated to host the band's Beach Party Concert and meet with fans, prompting speculation that he may one day rejoin the multiplatinum singing group for good.

"I would love to perform with them again on a more regular basis," Richardson said coyly on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday. "Our chemistry when we come together just feels like old times."
The Backstreet Boys' cruise sets sail December 2.

i really hope this isn't a publicity stunt or anything. the NKOTBSB tour did amazing without him, and he rejoining the group before the tour would've made more sense because of how big it is. i love me some BSB, but the 4-man band is doing great, it always good to have the originial 5. can't wait for the next US tour!!

"Our chemistry when we come together just feels like old times." it feels like old times to us fans whenever they all come together again too...it felt so right seeing him perform with nkotbsb, like he never really left. I hope he comes back!
