The Grammys on Sunday weren't the same without Chris Brown and Rihanna, attendee Kim Kardashian blogs.
"Everyone was scrambling around trying to figure out how to fill the time lost due to Rihanna and Chris Brown not showing up," she writes on her Web site. "I am in shock Rihanna and Chris canceled on this year's Grammy show! I was SO looking forward to seeing both of them," she goes on. "They were essentially going to be the prom queen and king this year!"
Brown, 19, and Rihanna, 20, pulled out of Sunday's show at the last night, as Brown was booked Sunday in Los Angeles on felony criminal threats charges.
Early Sunday morning, he was involved in a domestic violence incident involving a woman. Usmagazine.com has confirmed the woman is Rihanna. In light of the news, a Wrigley gum spokesperson tells Us that ads featuring Brown have been suspended. "Wrigley is concerned by the serious allegations made against Chris Brown," a company spokesperson tells Us. "We believe Mr. Brown should be afforded the same due process as any citizen.
"However, we have made the decision to suspend the current advertising featuring Brown and any related marketing communications until the matter is resolved," the statement continued.
