Lea Michele let a little too much go while performing "Let It Go" for a recent episode of Glee. During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday, Jan. 21, the Broadway vet revealed that she actually threw up during one of the takes on set.

Michele, 28, was a little apprehensive about singing the omnipresent Disney song to begin with, given that it had been covered so extensively elsewhere. But her hesitation turned to excitement when she got the go-ahead from Frozen's Idina Menzel, who sang the tune in the movie and also played Michele's birth mom on Glee.

"At first I was sort of worried, because Idina sang it and Demi [Lovato] sang it…you know, so many people have done it. But I got Idina's blessing, which was wonderful," the "Cannonball" singer told Kimmel. "We were sort of tweeting each other, and she knew it was happening."

Even with Menzel's blessing, though, Michele felt "a lot of pressure" to live up to the enormity of the song's popularity. Find out what will happen on Glee's final season.

"I was super nervous. The day didn't start off so well," she admitted. "I was singing, there was snow falling, I looked up, trying to make it magical and beautiful, and ended up choking on the snow and vomiting on the ground. And they have it in slow-mo, on film."

Fortunately for the star (and everyone around her!), things got better from there. Some of the crew members brought their kids, who were so enchanted by Michele's performance (vomit and all) that they thought she was the real-life Queen Elsa.

"I realized, I turned to their parents, and I was like, 'Oh, they think I'm her,'" she recalled. "And then it was awesome. I was like, 'I am god right now. I am a Disney princess god!'"
