They’re going streaking! The adorably annoying impulsive little yellow creatures from Despicable Me are dropping trou for this Sunday’s Super Bowl. In the Super Bowl XLIX ad, a promo for Minions, a spin-off starring Sandra Bullock, the gang of two-eyed creatures rip off their mini blue overalls and get overly excited for the big game.
“You and your buddies will jump up and down for hours while screaming indecipherable nonsense,” a voiceover is heard while the minions take over the stands. “You will spill 64 ounces of a really sticky fruity drink all over the guy in front of you and you will likely remove your cute little overalls.”
“And why, why do you do this?,” the voiceover asks, before sending the minions into a naked, streaking frenzy. “Because you’re a minion! Swing those pants baby!”
The upcoming spin-off, set to be released this July, also stars Jon Hamm, Michael Keaton, and Allison Janney.
