Still mourning the end of the Jonas Brothers? This should help. On Monday, Nov. 4, the people behind Nick Jonas' upcoming movie Careful What You Wish For released a new teaser trailer for the film, in which the 20-year-old "First Time" singer shows off his impressively buff biceps and ripped torso.

The 23-second video moves quickly, lingering only on Jonas' costar Isabel Lucas in a bikini, but the former Disney standout can be seen in all his shirtless glory around the 14-second mark, as he emerges from a lake. He can also be seen -- albeit fully clothed -- talking with Dermot Mulroney and, later, kissing Lucas, 28.

Jonas first revealed his impressive physique in July of this year, sharing a shirtless photo of himself on Instagram. "I never do this, but...Healthy living and fitness update," he captioned the pic. "Post workout picture."

The young star will have even more time to work out now that he and brothers Joe and Kevin Jonas -- a.k.a. the trio formerly known as The Jonas Brothers -- have decided to call it quits as a band. They announced their split last month after canceling their fall tour.

"This decision has not come lightly, and we know that many of you will be disappointed. The time has come for us to move forward on individual career paths," they wrote in a farewell letter on their Facebook page a few days after the news broke. "We have been a band of brothers for 10 years and are now choosing simply to be brothers."
