House-flipper turned home-design whiz Jeff Lewis resurfaces for a new season — as does his snooty behavior. He immediately starts berating his coworker (and friend) Jenni Pulos for a small goof, then orders his "lazy" housekeeper to clean up dog poop (cue the gratuitous close-up). It's a shame: Lewis seemed humbled by the economy last season, yet his abrasiveness is back on high. Result: wince-inducing TV. At least his flair for design still impresses. (Bravo, 9 P.M.)
