AIR DATE: SUNDAY 2/7

In this earnest new reality show, corporate executives go undercover and work various entry-level gigs at their own companies. Up first: Larry O'Donnell, head of Waste Management, pretends to be a guy named Randy who cleans Port-a-Pottys and sorts trash. Though O'Donnell comes to truly empathize with his blue-collar employees, watching him form a task force is too banal given the show’s plum post–Super Bowl slot. (CBS, 10 P.M.)
