Oh no he didn't!
Golden Globes host Ricky Gervais pulled no punches during his opening monologue at Sunday's awards fest — mercilessly savaging Angelina Jolie, Charlie Sheen, Tom Cruise and other A-listers.
The British comic said the crowd should look forward to "a night of partying and heavy drinking — or as Charlie Sheen calls it, breakfast," and then went on to re-tell the Two and a Half Men actor's notorious NYC plaza fit.
He then trashed the nomination of The Tourist starring Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp despite critical pans.
"Who knows? I haven't seen it," Gervais admitted. "There's this ridiculous rumor going around that the only reason The Tourist was nominated was so that the Hollywood Foreign Press could hang out with Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie. That's rubbish. they also accepted bribes." Depp was seen in the audience making a sour face.
The host then mocked the cast of un-nominated Sex and the City 2. "Girls, we know how old you are! I saw one of you on an episode of Bonanza."
Gervais praised the equally unheralded I Love You, Phillipp Morris starring Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor. "Two heterosexual actors pretending to be gay — which is the exact opposite of some famous Scientologists," he said as the crowd booed, presumably referencing Tom Cruise and John Travolta. "Probably! My lawyers helped me with the wording of that joke."

Later in the show, Gervais also took a dig at Bruce Willis, introducing him as "Ashton Kutcher's dad!" Willis, introducing a clip, simply smirked.
