Two and a Half Men may be off the air indefinitely as star Charlie Sheen continues to behave erratically -- but Sheen's unscripted antics have inspired comedy gold among his Hollywood peers via Twitter.
After Sheen said he "cured" his drug and alcohol addiction with his mind, comedienne Sarah Silverman sniped on the micro-blogging site: "If I hung out w 20 year old porn stars all the time time I'd think I was a genius too."

Actress Zooey Deschanel cracked: "MYSTERY SOLVED: now we know who the "half a man" is in "two and a half men."...HINT: it's not the kid!!!!"
Adding the latest Middle East crisis into the discussion, Rescue Me star Denis Leary opined, "Is it just me or is Charlie Sheen starting to sound a lot like Moammar Kaddafi?"
"How crazy is that Charlie Sheen rant?" E! News' Giuliana Rancic said, "Have u noticed he loves saying 'winning?'"

Currently vacationing in the tropics -- with his ex-wife Brooke Mueller and two porn stars -- Sheen, 45, has at least one defender in CNN's Piers Morgan.

Maybe John Stamos should replace Charlie on Two and a half men.
Chuck Lorre, CBS and Warner Bros ARE the REASON the cast and crew of Two And 1/2 Men are OUT OF WORK!! Through the years they knew and condoned Charles drug addiction and lifestyle. They knew he did drugs on the set but looked the other way. One thing Charlie NEVER DID....He never held up taping, NEVER. He was there for every session; he knew his lines; he knew his spots; he had his timing down; he had his body language down. There was never a taping held up due to Charlie Sheen and the cast and crew loved and respected him for that. Chuck Lorre is a self-centered, childish little bully who can dish it out but can't take it. HE IS THE REASON the show is shut down. CBS & Warner Bros should fire his sorry little butt, bring EVERYONE else back, resume taping and finish the season. Charlie would never stand in the way of the people he works with and considers friends losing their jobs.

Okay some of the other celeb comments may have be uncalled for, but leave Zooey Deschanel alone. When I first saw her tweet on Twitter, I laughed and found her to be very clever. I didn't exactly see her comment as mean. She seems like one of the most down-to-earth celebs in Hollywood today, and people are attacking her for just one slam?! C'Mon now.
The most successful show on TV and he has a big ego, so do the CBS people he has to deal with, only they are not the reason so many of us tune in and love it. Charlie is. The power of the mind is great. I for one believe only the weak among us need help breaking addictions. You can change your mind and clean your addictions and behaviors by simply getting sick of what you are doing and stopping them. I believe addiction is a mental state of mind and only that persons mind can change it, And the strong can do it overnight,"if they are ready and desire to.'
First of all, if anyone knew about Psycology then maybe all the gossip talk would think differently. Maybe if the news would leave him alone he obviously would not be the center of attention. These stars deserve some sort of privacy already. I really feel for Charlie becasue everyone has left him with no choice but to defend himself here. Like honestly, do people really think he is proud of himself. Who cares if he didn't choose AA, its not for everyone. No one even knows the truth here as but Charlie himself fact about this aoll is that Chaim Levine knew what he was getting into a decade ago, so intead of making him money maybe he should of taken some responsibility as a boss/friend then to get him some help. Not after he gets rich, it's been said that Charlie does his work with no problem but when Charlie needed some support in his life they all back out on the guy. I think everyone putting news out their about him are just ridiculous and everyone should look at their own life to judge and not someone else's. Who really cares about who he slept with, maybe people should just look at themselves and who they have slept with. These shows are the most disturbing shows Ive ever watched, I cannot stand gossip talk and really. You know what this does and everyone else's gossip does is really teaches our children how to be a bully. It all starts from all the adults that take part in gossip. So, I wish Charlie Sheen the best of luck with his personal issues and addiction but the guy is sure not looking for attention and sure bet he did not ask to be displayed as a screw up again. The shows above bully him and if it is freedom of speech for everyone else, I thionk he has the freedom of speech to defend himself. Law wise, he paid his dues and honestly no one knows the full truth about those issues either and I m sure the ex wives came out with millions of dollars.

Loser Charlies personal behavior has affected all those that are jobless because of it. The guys a skank..you can tell by the company he keeps alone. He really can't act, and was overpaid and overrated to begin with.

I actually DON'T feel sorry for any of the women...they DO know what they are getting in hanging with the guy. @Joanna: You also raise good point in how his supposed personal life IS affecting his professional one. I find it funny how he wants to spend 6.5 million dollars for a house for Brooke and the boys to live in--I guess so he doesn't have to get in his car and drive to visit the kids, it might be a whole 20 minutes out of his way, ya know--but he can't spend the couple million to pay off all the crew members for the last 4 episodes of the season that HE alone is responsible for messing up. It would help his public persona so much if he would just pay them...even if just to make himself appear as a semi-stand up guy (not saying he is one)...LOL.
All of these celebrities need to grow up. Good grief, we have more important things to deal with than Charlie Sheen and the rest of them that are trying to make a comeback.
I've noticed that celebrities are like people in the medical profession: best friends in good times and turn their backs in the blink of an eye in bad times. So what Charlie Sheen thinks he's great? Who are we to say what he can and can't feel? Who are we to judge and make jokes? Everybody without exception can be judged and have endless jokes made about them. If he says he cured his addictions with his mind, then I believe him... it's possible I'm sure. Just get on with your own lives and leave Charlie alone. He is who he is and so are we.
Charlie Sheen is like the old lost Commercial tapes of Charlie the Tuna. He always thought that he made it Special. It was the writer's of the Sid-com that made him who is today. My Goodness how does someone become so arrogant? Plus he put down AA (Alcohol Anonymous)A program that has saved a lot of life's. He has no more thinking power to stop him from Drinking & Drugging!! Heck! His best Thinking Got Him Where He is Now!!
Well Mr. Morgan, of course Charlie Sheen can act however he wants on his own time. Unfortunately for him, on his own time has now affected over hundreds of people who now are looking for their next job due to two and a half men being shut down. Besides, it's not like he has taken up a hobby like working out or surfing, he is delusional, destructive to himself and others and harming himself.
I simply do not care about what Charlie is like, what he does or what he says. However, I do like the show and Charlie Harper, it is entertaining and funny. The only thing about his behaviour is, that he is responsible for the fact that many people lose their jobs because of his erratic antics. Anything else is his business, not ours. Those gold diggers who marry him and the ladies-for-sale are no victims, they do know who he is and are after money and fame.
