Not flattering at all. If these are natural like people are saying, she could "display them" without using duck tape to push them up under her chin. Just gross.
I think she is a gorgeous woman. I will say that I think that being so large breasted she could choose better as far as the dress. I've seen her wear a halter type dress that doesn't push up and her chest looked nothing like this. This is just too much and looks kind of tacky. Not to mention uncomfortable!

She can't really help it that much, no matter what she wears it will be obvious that she has large breasts (these are 100% natural btw). Unless, that is, she wears a giant shawl. If they aren't causing her back pain, there is no real need for reduction.
Last year, I had a breast reduction and I started of, naturally, with breasts about half the size of those torpedoes! I will never understand why women handicap themselves like that. It's body mutilation, plain and simple. My life is 100% better since I had mine taken down to C's. The neck, shoulder and back pain are almost gone, I don't have rashes, I can RUN! She looks like a circus freak.
