Actually, getting a nose job for medical reasons CAN and often times DOES alter the shape and size of your nose. I would definitely know about that!

I have to laugh at the "It's purely medical"---"purely medical" nasal surgeries don't alter the shape and look of your nose---it fixes and alters the interior of the nose so that it functions!! Maybe some people who don't know any better buy that crap, but, being in medicine, I know better......."It's purely bulls**t" is what it is!!
