I understand the jails are crowded but if it was ole JOE he would stay til he served the intire time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm really tired of excuses for thr "STARS".
ENOUGH HALF THESE'S SO CALLED STARS NEED TO GO TO REAL PRISON.... THE HELL THEY NOT SPECIAL SOME DAY THEY SHALL DIE LIKE THE REST SO WHATS SO GOOD ABOUT THEM SHOULD GET PASSES ITS OVER WE THE PUBLIC SICK OFF THESE TARTS MORE JAIL TIME = LESS DURG USE HELLO WAKE PEOPLE MOST YOUNG HAS NOT EARNED ANYTHING ... WE THE PEOPLE HAS HAND MORE THEN ENOUGH.... NO MORE EXCUSES
Sigh* I don't know what to say about her. I want to give her another chance, because she is human, and human make mistakes. But she has made it too many times now, its time for her to wake up and realize what shes doing. Its such a shame that such innocent, young children turn out to be like this. But afterall, it is none of our business. Everyone is just criticizing her, especially Hollywood. People seriously need to leave her alone, and give her time to think. She can't do it if a billion cameras are pointing straight at her, and watching her every move. Shes human, chill! I hope she'll realize before its too late.
Lindsay should have to do her time like any other person who would have done the same as she did. She is just a person like you and me. The only this is she a actor and we are not. Make her serve her time.
I remember when she used to be this little! i thought she was so cool but now that fame has hit her and hit her hard I do not think she is cool at all anymore. I also believe that she is having a strong influence on Ali. Shes dragging her to clubs and who knows what else! I really hope she turns her life around because it would be ashame to see her die. She is so young and has a full life ahead of her. They should make her jail sentance a least a month long to see what it is like to get in trouble and just than maybe she will re think her whole lifes perspective!
Awww I remember watching Parent Trap and seeing Lindsey! I was like wow she was so CUTE as a child :) I can't believe what happened to her now, she really did made some bad choices...

Hey,look. I know most of you have been hating on Lindsay Lohan. I don't really know why but I'm guessing since she's been wasting all her time on alcohol and drugs. But hey most of the teenagers would do the same thing. Nobody's perfect,and I'm pretty sure she's been feeling guilty and depressed lately of what she've done to deserve imprisonment and the problems throughout the years:\ So I don't really see why hate her,I mean give her a chance to change. And I mean she's been having a hard time with her LIFE and CAREER,so seriously,give her a break. She doesn't have the best luck I suppose,since she's going to jail now and she hasn't been getting any projects (shows,movies etc.) lately..and even before. But I think this jail thing is going to be good for her in some way. I hope she changes for the better though. STOP THE HATE,APPRECIATE!!! And btw this is just my opinion,and your opinion is your own opinion. If you really hate Lindsay,then I'll just have to go with it since I can't change that. Just sayin' what's on my mind yo :\ sooo :) yea
I feel sad that such a talented young woman is wasting her life on alcohol and drugs. Maybe this stint in jail will help her straighten up. The alternative is too scary to think about.

I don't know her relationship with her father, but she may very well regret not fixing things with him. He's going to die one day and where will she be then. My mother has been dead for 14 years and I regret all of the bad things that I said to her. If I could take it all back I would. I just don't want her to feel the ultimate regret of not trying.
It's so sad that such a young woman is heading in the wrong direction. I believe her to be talented but misguided. One day I hope that she will come to realize that you can have fun without alcohol or drugs. It's not too late for her.

Lilo,she's late for court, rolling her eyes,crying to her lawyer,she should make a movie of herself,and all the money goes to charity..she's gotten away with way too much,and her mother right behind her loving the spotlight too.She needs to face herself inthe mirror.Why is when they hit rock bottom, and go to jail then they find God.Oh please,like that's going to help her, she won't understand the scriptures!

It's unfortunate to say but, her fate is starting to look like that of many childhood stars gone sour before her. There's hundreds that have gone through the same thing as her and ultimately killed them. She needs to change everything before it's too late, the people she surrounds herself with, her enablers (mother), stop the clubbing and partying, and just get a grasp of her own life. if she continues the life she's leading i give her 5 years left max!
