Biggest Loser Champ Sets Record: Loses 239 Pounds!

History was made on Tuesday's The Biggest Loser finale — as winner Danny Cahill shed 239 pounds — more than any other contestant in the NBC show's history.

Usmagazine.com spoke to the 40-year-old land surveyor and father of two from Broken Arrow, Okla., shortly after his big win.

"I am feeling great – I just won the Biggest Loser!" he told Us. "I am going to get on a plane and fly to New York. To celebrate, I am going to have a good holiday with my family."

He credited his wife with helping him win. "My wife works out with me, and if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have won Biggest Loser," he told Us. "My wife and I have been through a lot — 430 pounds that she didn't sign up for! She met me at 175 pounds."

Of the $100,000 prize, he said, "She deserves this."

So how will they spent the money?

"My wife and I are going to think about it," he told Us. "There are a lot of needs in our family right now. And I have some debt I need to pay off. You know, my wife has lost almost 60 pounds, and when I came back from the ranch and I saw what she looks like, I was like, 'Oh, my gosh! I’ve got a new wife!' I mean, she's got a new husband, but I got a new wife!"
