Kristin Cavallari sure is living up to her reputation as a "man-eater" and a "boyfriend-stealer" on The Hills.
In a sneak preview clip of next Tuesday's episode, Cavallari, 22, gets flirty with Audrina Patridge's ex on a beach -- fueling rumors she hooked up with the former hairstylist to anger Patridge, 24. (Watch above)

"Come here, you sexy bitch," Cavallari seductively tells Justin Bobby from the sand, watching him as he surfs. "Lookin' good!"
After Justin tries to entice her into the water to no avail, he sits down on a chaise lounge next to her and she offers him a glass of wine.
