Despite a report that Rachael Ray is "this close" to filing for divorce from hubby John Cusimano, Usmagazine.com has learned that the pair are far from over.
Ray's rep tells Us, "There is no truth to it and it's a non-item....Rachael and John are happily enjoying the holiday week up at their cabin."
And after time at the family cabin, they're heading to the Hamptons. No time to file court documents when you're surrounded by the sand and sea!

Well, I certainly hope that she's not getting divorced! I actually really like Rachael Ray. She seems very happy with her hubby, despite the rumors. Too bad that once stuff like this starts coming up, it eventually turns out to be true. Look at Nick & Jessica, Reese & Ryan, and as far as Tony Parka and Eva Longoria goes, I'm sure US will be covering their divorce a year or so from now...
