FACEBOOKDina Lohan is a looser. I can't believe she thinks her oldest daughter is doing great. The girl is in her third celeb rehab and is now photographed as having gone rafting not long ago. So of course Lindsay is doing great-SHE IS ON VACATION----AGAIN. I guess the fact that she has to appear in court on Friday for charges against her is irrelevant. Maybe this judge will give Lindsay the same sentence he gave Nicole Richie. That way Lindsay would have to give up barely a weekend of her life.

While their famous daughter continues to rehab in Sundance, Utah, Dina and Michael Lohan have finally settled their divorce agreement. According to the AP, their split will become official within 60 days.
Though the terms of the agreement were not disclosed, state Supreme Court Justice Robert A. Ross reportedly told the Lohans, "You have both demonstrated to me extraordinarily good judgment in resolving this matter as you did."
Despite today's events, the Lohans will be in family court on Sept. 6 to determine a custody and visitation agreement for their underage children, 13-year-old Aliana and 11-year-old Dakota. Michael Lohan, who was released from jail in March after serving almost two years for unlicensed driving and attempted assault, has already been ordered by a judge to find a job and resume paying child support. "Five months is a long time not to be gainfully employed...child support is not something that's to be taken willy-nilly," Judge Robert Ross noted dring a July 27 hearing. On Aug. 10, however, Michael was given supervised visitation of his two younger children.
Outside the courthouse, both Lohans addressed reporters. "I wish Dina the best and I hope we can both move forward...for the kids' sake and just be good parents," said Michael Lohan. Dina Lohan echoed her ex-husband's sentiment, saying, "Now the healing process can begin for my children and myself."
In regards to daughter Lindsay's current "healing process", Dina added that the 21-year-old actress is doing "fantastic."

Nothing like living thru your poor children....the only claim to fame the parents have are because of Lindsay. I feel really bad for Lindsay. She is only able to handle life in general when she is locked down in a rehab facility and people are telling her how to live and be and do without her bad outside influences butting in. Britney needs that locked down rehab but won't go back into one and really go through it. I think she needs to be committed till she can get things straight in her head. Lindsay should just quit the hollywood scene and go live somewhere no one would know her and live a normal life out of the camera scene.
