Forces have left Clark (Welling) frozen in a block of ice, allowing nasty phantom Bizarro to morph into his identity — and bed Clark's unwitting love, Lana (Kristin Kreuk). Plus,mind- sucking villain Brainiac (James Marsters) returns to wreak havoc. Even in season seven, this venerable superhero drama offers surprising emotion and sharp special effects. Love it when Clark battles his evil "self"! (CW, 8 P.M.)
