Barron Hilton has been charged with DUI, the Los Angeles District Attorney announced today.
He was also charged with misdemeanor driving with a blood alcohol level nearly twice the .08 limit, unlawful use of a license and driving without a license.
A court date has yet to be set.
Hilton, 18, was pulled over February 12 while driving with a passenger in a black Mercedes on the Pacific Coast Highway.
Los Angeles County Sheriff Spokesperson Steve Whitmore told Usmagazine.com he had a blood alcohol level of .14 — nearly twice the legal limit.
His sister, Paris, was arrested for DUI in 2006. She later entered a plea of no contest to a lesser charge of reckless driving.

The family montage for pictures must be "fab-u-lous" in the Hilton manson. Why use a professional photographer when a mug shot will do just as well................LOL Great job parenting Rick and Kathy.
