Okay, I have a few things to say. #1:Alex Koenig whatever guy, GET A LIFE! #2:Everyone makes mistakes, and that's expected out of everyone, as long as you admit u were wrong and learn from them, LIFE GOES ON. #3:This world is so full of ppl who judge and point at others when their flaws are not much better. I can even tell what kind of ppl some ppl are by just reading their comments and they dont have any right because they're not any better than Jamie Lynn, when someone succeeds to be perfect, let me know, THEN you can point ur finger at someone.

(I WENT TO SCHOOL TILL I DROPPED OUT AFTER I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT AND GOT MY G.E.D) I HAVE NOW BEEN WITH MY HUSBAND FOR 12 YEARS AND COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY LIFE. WE NOW HAVE 3 CHILDREN AND A WONDERFUL FAMILY. WHO'S TO SAY THAT LOVE DONT LAST FOREVER? AND WHO IN THE WORLD ARE WE TO JUDGE HOW SOMEONE LIVES THEIR LIVES??????? It is no one's place to judge this family with the exception of a qualified health practitioner.

These debates and arguements should be kept strictly between the Spears family and their under-qualified-over-paid psychologists.

I feel bad for these girls. If it is the case that their mother and father's parenting skills put them in the positions that they are currently in, that should be all the more reason for the rest of the world to leave them alone.

Irregardless of Casey & Jamie's age, they are making some very adult decisions right now and should be applauded for doing so.

A lot of you are commenting that it sends a bad message to other teens and to you I say this:

Whose job is it to teach our children right from wrong? The media and the morals of a famous family or ourselves. Only we are responsible for the upbringing of our children. If we educate them and guide them in their choices, these incidences would be fewer and fewer all the time. It's not going to guarantee that teen pregnancy will never happen but at least teens would be more educated going into it. . .

After all, accidents do happen.

Yeah, so... big question... why do we even give two craps about Jamie Lynn Spears and her baby? She obviously made a mistake, so what? People do it all the time. So leave her alone. And her sister, Britney? Yeah, leave her the heck alone too. She didn't do anything to anybody, and you know what? If you stupid paparazzi weren't swarming around her, you wouldn't get run over. So here's a clue, stop being low lives, and live your life through yourself, not through the countless celebrities that you stalk and ruin.

i think that she seems like a slut now, and everyone will think of her as one. she is incapable of caring for a baby and should never have made such a bad mistake.

to you all people judging her about her pregnancy just stop it you say that cuz you havent been throught it you have no idea what it feels like to pregnant at a young age. i am 16 & have a 7 month old baby girl i go to a school for teen moms & sometimes its frustating having poeple say things about you like if they knew you.we all make mistakes we are not perfect. now jamie can be an example of a good mom to other teen moms.you people that say bad things about her you dont know how it feel to have to tell your parents your pregnant now imagine telling the entire world. so plz just stop its hard enough having to have your mom know i give her props for telling the whole world about it instead of just disapearing

I think they'll be great parents, and I'm glad to see there taking responsibility for their actions. But I def. could not see my self getting married at 16 and on top of that having a baby! but I respect Jamie Lynn for what she's doing.

Okay really, most sixteen year olds who get pregnant are looking for something to love and receive love back from. And really your brain isn’t done developing until your early twenties, so most young girls who have babies are not all that mature even though they think they are. For her this will probably be easy compared to normal teen girls in this country, oh of course she can afford to pay for a full time nanny and a baby nurse. Where as most girls can barley afford baby formula.

I highly doubt it’ll be her getting out of bed at 2am to feed and change that baby; isn’t that what her mom is for? She is setting a very bad example for the girls who look up to and other girls her own age.

Not to say that there are not girls out there who have children of their own at a young age and still do succeed in getting their goals in life. And kudos to those that do, but when it’s all said and done with where were her parents and why wasn’t she on some sort of birth control.

CJ, you appear to be a liar. First you say that you are the proud mama of your beautiful baby and THEN you claim to be a "college grad". Whatever you lying trailer park resident. Stop making up stories just for the sake of defending Jaime Lynn- just admit it... your teen idol has made poor choices and is continuing to make them. She is on her way to being another statistic. Divorced at young age, broke and a member of the "Where are They Now" D list actor/actress club.

Oh shut up AMY!!! How the hell do you know if she is mature enough to raise a child? You have never lived her life and have no clue what she is or is not capable of doing. She could be doing a lot worse then getting pregnant. Just be glad she is not out drinking and doing drugs like how many other young actors are doing? She is taking the mature route. She has been spotted looking for a home. She has grounded the relationship with her babies father. What else would she need to do in order to show the world that she is handling this? The reason we have not seen her showing lately is because she is very rarely out and about. She stays in and does not let the press follow her around every where she goes. I think she is doing the right thing by accepting the position she is in and handling it the way she feels fit to do so.

What's so disturbing about all this, is the fact that she doesn't look pregnant. I'm not saying this things not true, but I'm worried about the baby. There have been reports that she has body image issue and is using like, miles of ACE bandages so she doesn't look pregnant. I mean, this image was taken in feb right? She should look way further along, at least second trimester by now, right? I hope this doesn't hurt the baby.

Anonymous 11:55: It is not appropriate for you to say what JL should do. She is pregnant and she must make the decision she feels is in the best interest of her baby. She is financially able to care for her child (unlike most teenage mothers). She also appears to have the support of her family (unlike most teenage mothers). It is not the ideal situation and she will have to do what she thinks is best. I hope she has guidance from people that love and care for her.
