Curious, it would not surprise me if she did hook up with another woman should she and Brad ever break up. (And I do not wish for that to happen as I do not wish for any couple's break up.) I bet they are probably raising the children to be tolerant of different sexual choices; it's not as if they could hide that their Mommy once was in love with a woman.
I'm in the bunch of people who think that she still really does not care too much about what others think when it comes to her public image. There are many other things she could be doing to promote a positive image in the US, many obvious things. I think she is the same person who was so outspoken about herself a few years ago, but a calmer, quieter one (as many of us grow to be, particularly after becoming parents).
I think they are all over it. I bet that they are so sick of seeing their faces, the three of them, together on magazines. I do think that Aniston had some pity parties, but I haven't heard anything in that respect for awhile. It was annoying, but being annoying (and I was never a fan anyway so it was easier for me to be annoyed) does not mean that she did not feel a lot of pain (as anyone would, or should, following a break up of a loving relationship). I also refuse to accept that choosing to not have children (if that were even the case) is a bad thing. I give credit to any woman who decides that in the face of immense pressure to have babies. It is not for everyone. Better to know now than to try it out and confirm what you knew. Wow, that is a lot of parentheses.

I believe that she has said many times that if she fell in love with a woman she would have no problem having a relationship with her. Her comments have always indicates that she doesn't go trolling for one sex or the other, but it is who she feels for on an individual level. I think she is like some women I know who really don't think about it much, if they are attracted to a man, fine, a woman, fine.
