FACEBOOKif she says no shes no pregnant, the media will still talk, it doesn't matter, and all you people saying that no one cares... clearly you all do, you read the article and took the time to post, so if shes wanting media attention your giving it to her. I think there is nothing wrong with what she is doing, she may want to keep this to herself, who cares if people have babies all the time, she may possibly not even know herself if she is, maybe she feels like she might be and is waiting for results, and Im sure she wants to share this moment with pete for a while before she has to share it with the world, a first child is an important time and exciting at that.. She is also very intouch with her fans, so it probably not wanting to lie to them which may be why she doesn't want to say no right away... we don't know her and don't know whats going on, Im sure she has her reasons for what she is doing... if it is just the publicity... smart girl.. cause shes getting it!

Ashlee Simpson is still remaining tight-lipped on her pregnancy.
On The Ellen DeGeneres Show (airing Thursday), the talk show host asked her flat-out if she were expecting.
"Well, that has been going on for quite a while. That is definitely something that I choose personally not to discuss except for the fact that maybe…."
She then added, "Do I look like I had 10 cheeseburgers or something … because I don’t think I do," before standing up.
Pointing to a photo of Jennifer Lopez, DeGeneres then asked, "You’re not going to keep this answer up as long as this woman did...."
Laughing, Simpson replied, "No, I’m not. I swear. I promise you that. I give you my pinky on that."

The singer told DeGeneres her fiance, Pete Wentz, was "the greatest, awesome."
How did she know she was ready to wed the rocker?
"I don’t know," Simpson said. "Maybe when his jeans fit me ... I decided we could wear the same clothes.
"There were lots of moments," she added. "But every time he would leave [on tour], I would cry, so we had this inseparable relationship."

Attention wh0re! Women get pregnant everyday, what's the personal matter? She's just wanting the attention. She's using the publicity of whether she's pregnant or not, to put the focus on her and get more album sales, because clearly this girl has nothing else going for her. She should be happy she's knocked up and getting the attention, because otherwise she'd be another celeb struggling to survive. Her and her dad probably want to cause a lot of buzz so people will become facinated with this bun in the oven and Papa Joe can cash in big time for himself and his daughter, with the baby pictures and all. The whole Simpson clan are gross people, who so desperately want to be famous. Good 'ole Papa Joe should be ashamed of using his daughter as a publicity hog and using her future baby as one too. If she's not pregnant, she's a sick human being for even playing coy about it, and I don't care what people say. Just get over the fact that women get pregnant everyday, so what makes her so gosh darn special. Just stop asking the question already.
Honestly, the paparazzi is making more of a deal about this than Ashley is. If they didn't probe, she wouldn't have to be coy. I don't blame her for not saying anything at all.
I doubt she is pregnant, shes prolly just using this all for the publicity, but why not, her new album is comming out and she could use it... and if the media won't stop asking her, she should use it... Its a personal matter, and she doesn't ever have to tell us if shes expecting... I personally wouldn't want the world to know...
K get on a different subject [the media I mean]. Its none of their business geeze! Stop with this quesstion and pick a new story.

Umm..people..(those who say she looks good for being pregnant, or doesn't look pregnant)..you don't start showing til about 4 months and on. If she is just a few weeks, she isn't going to look pregnant. Geez.

The subject would probably be dropped if she would just come out and say "no, I'm not pregnant." Because she doesn't do this it makes everyone think that either 1. She IS pregnant or 2. I don't think she is pregnant and she should sue the tabloids for saying she is without facts. Maybe it's just a Ashton K prank. It's creating a lot of buzz for her new album. Nick Lachey cried like a baby to sell his album so Ashlee has a right to not answer the rumor to sell her album.
