Grey's Anatomy hottie Justin Chambers says he is finally getting his zzz's.
"I'm doing really good — I'm actually sleeping!" Chambers, 37, who plays Dr. Alex Karev on the ABC hit, told Usmagazine.com at the kick-off party for the Butterfly Ball Tuesday at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills.
In January, Chambers "voluntarily checked himself into UCLA Medical Center to get help with a pre-existing sleeping disorder" for three days, his rep said.
These days, "I am really enjoying life," Chambers told Us.
What's helping him?
Bikram yoga, which he's been doing for the past two months.
"It is where you sit in a 104-degree room, and you stretch for an hour-and-a- half," he explained. "I swear by it — it's incredible."
His wife Keisha — with whom he has five kids — has also been a source of support.
"We are going on 14 years," the sexy dad told Us. "When we get to 50, we will send you a postcard!"

I WAS HAVING TROUBLE SLEEPING AS WELL AND ITS NOT A PRETTY SITUATION. I PRAYED AND THATS ALL IT TOOK FOR ME.

I have not been able to sleep for more than a couple of hours for the past week. I don't do drugs and I never have. I don't even drink so it is possible for people to seek treatment for a sleep disorder.

to 3:43- speak what you know or shut-up! I was in the hospital for over a week because of a sleeping disorder and I don't use illegal drugs. It is actually a pretty common disease. You know, you don't need to have a substance abuse problem to be admitted to a hospital.

Wow, that's a mean spirited thing to say. How would you know if it was truly a substance abuse issue? Lots of people suffer from sleep disorders and are treated in hospital. It's called exhaustion. Many people become physically tired but they just can't slow their minds down enough to relax and fall asleep. I would offer this gentleman some compassion rather than criticism. We could use a bit more of that in this world.

OK he is HOT as sh!t, but get real! In the hospital for a sleeping disorder? Well, yeah, if you do enough blow you aren't going to sleep very well. The root of the problem was substance abuse.
Anyways, good for him! Just don't lie to the fans! I hope he stays out of trouble. His wife is a lucky woman, he is foxy!
