On November 12, the UK tabloid News of the World reported that Kevin Federline, 28, was shopping a four-hour sex tape featuring himself and his now-estranged ex-wife, Britney Spears, 24. According to the report, the video shows them “enjoying an uninhibited range of lovemaking.”
The paper cites a source close to Federline saying, “They did nothing all day but have sex – and play the odd game of chess.”
Chess? Turns out, K-Fed loves it. (He said so in the September issue of GQ.) So is this just his endgame strategy for getting a greater financial settlement out of his ex, who left him suddenly on November 7?
No one from either camp will confirm the existence of the tape. However, notorious porn peddler David Hans Schmidt tells Us he has been in contact with the alleged video’s seller and planned to meet “him” in Hollywood on November 21 (he values the tape at $100 million). Although the seller spoke to Schmidt from a phone with a scrambled number, “he dropped the right names that made me believe he had the tape.”
What stipulation in the couple’s prenuptial agreement could prevent Kevin from selling the tape? What would be the damage to Spears if a tape leaked out? Is K-Fed broke now? For more details on the couple’s alleged naughty video, check out the new issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands this week.

FedEx is a sleaze-bag. I'm not a fan of Spears, but at least she earned her money. Kevin's talent has been spending it as fast as he could. Britney was very smart to have a prenup. News seems to be going back and forth...does he have a sex tape of her, will he use it to get money and custody out of her or is this whole thing a bunch of rumors. Time will tell, but if he does have a tape and tells her he will show it if she doesn't pay him etc, then that's blackmail and extortion which are illegal. And if she has any lawyers worth their keep...I'd go after his pathetic butt legally whether he shows the tape or not, or even has a tape to begin with. And even if he has a tape and does make it public, if I were her, I wouldn't give that creep a penny of my money and I'd fight him in court for full custody of the kids. The worst that happens if he does make the tape public is that people see her having sex with her then husband. I don't think it will hurt her career.....it would probably be embarrassing, but it hasn't stopped other celebs who've had their sex tapes made public against their will. And it would show...including to the courts, just what kind of a jerk he really is.

Let's recap, she meets a backup dancer, with no immediate signs of goals or a future, but he does have a girlfriend, a daughter and another on the way, when she snaps him up and keeps him, at any and all costs, including pay Shar's rent, child support, and not to mention the things that we don't know about. Do you really believe it's ironic that she too now is in the same predicament that she had him leave Shar in. Shit, I only hope that Britney learned something throughout all this. Kevin's every move w/ Britney was a calculated step, securing his future w/ or w/o Britney, but on her income. From getting her, to convincing her that she wanted to ask and marry him, to attaining a monthly stipend off her, to video-taping her, and finally knocking her up. He never really cared about Britney, just what she could do for him ( blast him into media spotlight, support him and keep him a kept man). Hopefully his shameless untalented ass will be blasted right back into oblivion and those poor kids, Kori, Kaleb, Sean and Jayden wont end up in a Betty Ford Clinic because of their embarassment of a father.
