Jennifer Aniston Bio Bio

One-sixth of the superstar sextet of NBC’s Friends, Aniston has also become the most successful of the bunch — a movie star alongside the likes of Jim Carrey, Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn. Although more known to be a sappy-sweet good girl than daring sexpot, Aniston has tried spicing up her image more recently.

Jennifer Aniston in Love Love

Following a broken engagement with actor Tate Donovan, Aniston climbed the rungs of celebrity love when she marriage to Brad Pitt in 2000. The two divorced five years later, when Pitt left Aniston for his costar, Angelina Jolie. Aniston became involved with her Break-Up costar Vince Vaughn in 2006. Vaughn reportedly proposed that summer, though Aniston and her rep both denied the story and the two officially split in October of 2006. Aniston has recently been seen around town with British construction worker-turned-model, Paul Sculfor.

Jennifer Aniston's Career Career

Born in Sherman Oaks, California to actor John Aniston, Aniston (original family name Anastassakis) grew up in Greece and then New York City. After a late 80s/early 90s stint as “Nutri-System Girl” on The Howard Stern Show and some middling TV and movie appearances including Leprechaun, she landed Friends and became an overnight star, earning a million dollars an episode and an Emmy before she was done. The move to movies has paid off, as she’s earned legitimate status as a comedy sidekick to Jim Carrey in Bruce Almighty, Ben Stiller in Along Came Polly and Vince Vaughn in The Break-Up. Next up: roles in "The Senator’s Wife" and "Diary." Aniston is also the current Glaceau SmartWater spokeswoman. In March of 2008, Aniston and producing partner Kristin Hahn - who have been working together since Aniston was a partner with ex Brad Pitt in the production company Plan B - formed a new production company, Echo Films.
