Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen had a full house on their 21st birthday.
More than 150 family members and friends -- including cast and crew from their TV series Full House - showed up to M-K and Ashley's Beverly Hills mansion on June 15 to watch the twins blow out their candles.
Celebrity guests like Joaquin Phoenix and Olivier Martinez were on hand to celebrate, as was Kirsten Dunst who was dancing around with pals to the retro tunes, which included Blondie and The Kinks.
Mary-Kate was seen making out with boyfriend Max Snow and the two later jumped into the pool together with their clothes on.
The newly legal duo took great pains to keep out would-be party crashers, closing down the street in front of their house and hiring a security team to keep order.
At one point, there was a tearful tribute from family and friends who took turns giving speeches about the girls.
"It was really heartfelt but a great time,” says a source. “Everyone danced all night.”
Shortly after 11 p.m., Ashley addressed the crowd. "I would like to thank everyone who came out tonight to celebrate with me,” she said. “I hope we will have many more happy memories this next year.”
She closed out her speech with some touching words for Mary-Kate. “No one could understand me the way you do,” she said. “Nobody could relate to me the way you do. In fact no one could even tolerate me the way you do!"

i remember when they were younger.. they were so cute! but now they don't even look that nice, maybe if they smiled nice for once (instead of that wierd pouty thing they do) also if they wore nice clothes! they always wear them wierd dress things which look horrible but mary-kate doen't look as bad as before she went intohospital for anorxia.. true now that they are 21 they will probably start binge drinking and taking drugs.. whata shame i remember the days when they were young... XXX

Heyy i used to look up to them like a few years ago before the anorexia, but they just are skinny and should eat like 2 burgers and 1 large frie and a chocolate milkshake from wendy's or mcdonalds or someplace like that and they will gain 5 pounds and if they eat a large frie plus a salad every day after that they can be beautiful again!!!

OMG they look so horrible. MK is in serious danger of Death from her Anorxia and Ashley looks like she snorted an 8 ball. I realize they are 21 and in charge of their own lives, but any sponsers need to drop them right away. The were never in charge of their lives. They have been supporting the family from the age of 9 months. Girls, look in the mirror! You both look so bad. Ashleys when yer on Coke, don't let people photograph you! The Coke'd out look is not flattering.

This picture really worries me. Those girls, Mary-Kate in particular, need to consider how aweful they look. Who cares how much money you've got, your health is priceless and Mary-Kate looks like she's relapsed. I can't stress enough about these young girls who look gaunt and anorexic. This picture is so sad and I hope that young ladies will see this as a warning. They need to know that healthy is normal but starving yourself is not.
