Emmanuelle Chriqui was more shocked than anyone when she was named Most Desirable Woman for 2010 in an annual AskMen.com poll.

"Of course it's flattering, but it's shocking!" the Entourage star, 32, told UsMagazine.com at the Temple Grandin premiere in NYC Tuesday. "I mean, come on, have you seen the people on this list?"

She attests that her favorite stars -- including "Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz, Monica Bellucci -- just to name a few!" -- should have topped the list, which ranks women based on traits that men value "most in a potential companion, such as intelligence, humor, talent and character." (Last year, Transformers star Megan Fox was in the lead spot.)

So does the brunette bombshell consider herself a sex symbol?
"No! Hell no! Absolutely not!" Chriqui tells Us. "It's an incredible compliment. Do I believe it? Do I think so? Absolutely not. And I'm not being modest."
