Jennifer Lawrence has a new life motto: mom mode, but make it hot.
“I want to be a sexy mom,” the Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping actress, 36, told The Cut in a new cover story published on Tuesday, October 27. “At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her s*** together even when I’ve just woken up and don’t have my s*** together.”
Lawrence, who shares two sons with husband Cooke Maroney, has been candid about her cosmetic enhancements and boob job, revealing in October 2025 that her procedure was scheduled for the following month. The star also said that she gets Botox, but does it sparingly to keep natural look as well as the ability to maintain her facial expressions.
Looking ahead, Lawrence said she plans to eventually get a facelift.
In addition to her acting gigs, the Die My Love star recently launched a new “biodesigned haircare” company, mes°, with three specialty products: a repair mask, a restyling serum and a volumizing mist.
“There is an undeniable energetic thing that happens when you’re creating things, whether it’s a movie or a product,” Lawrence gushed about her latest business venture, which was three years in the making.
Known for her gorgeous blonde color and voluminous curls, Lawrence said a good hair day always lifts her spirits.
“I feel like if my hair looks okay, then nobody’s gonna notice anything else about my face, clothes, or body,” she said during her interview. “I also can find myself using it to hide.”
While reflecting on her career, Lawrence admitted that she always went with the flow when stylists were doing her hair on set.
“When you are a new and upcoming actress, you can’t be like, ‘Don’t put that on my hair,’’’ she shared. “You sit in the chair and you say ‘Thank you.’”
