90 Day Fiancé star Kimberly Menzies is ready to reveal the results of her dental implant surgery.
“I love my smile now, and although I am only six days out from surgery, I know it’s going to get better and better,” Kimberly, 56, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Tuesday, April 28. “I can’t thank Nuvia Dental Implant Center enough!”
In recent days, the TLC reality star has teased her “new beautiful smile” via social media. With help from her son, Jamal Menzies, Kimberly has been able to recover successfully and feel comfortable with sharing the results.
“There was zero pain! Just swollen and bruised, but no pain at all,” Kimberly told Us about the procedure before sharing why she said “yes” to the surgery. “My teeth have been horrible for years, and I had a lot of pain. They were my biggest insecurity.”
After showcasing her results online, Kimberly decided to answer several burning questions from fans.
The California resident confirmed that all of her “horrible” teeth were pulled out. And no TLC, did not pay for the surgery.
“I’ve got asked this a lot for some reason,” she said via her Instagram Story on Tuesday. “Why would they pay for MY teeth? Pricing varies, so I suggest you research them.”
When asked if it’s hard to talk with new teeth, Kimberly said it feels “different” for the time being.
“I have to get used to them, and I’m only six days out from surgery,” she said. “Doing tongue twisters and everything I am supposed to do.”
Last month, Kimberly celebrated another milestone in her personal life when she confirmed to Us that she has lost 70 pounds with the help of a GLP-1.
After starting at 260 pounds, Kimberly was happy to share that she weighed 190, with 10 pounds more to go until she reached her goal weight.
“Losing 70 pounds has really helped my self-confidence! I have more energy and just feel good all around,” she exclusively shared with Us in March. “I used to despise shopping for clothes and now I love it!”
If that wasn’t enough good news, viewers are also watching Kimberly build a connection with a new man.
“A couple of weeks ago, I started talking to a new guy,” she said on a recent episode of 90 Day: The Single Life. “His name is Wayne, he’s 52 years old, he’s divorced with three kids and he lives in the UK.”
