Winter, 17, who's voiced Princess Sofia since 2012, rocked a bright green romper for the occasion, and wore her long dark hair in loose waves. After making her way onstage, she took a seat in a plush red chair to read from Sofia the First: The Secret Library, as a group of kids (some in costume!) listened with rapt attention.

The Modern Family actress has been in the spotlight a lot this week, ever since she revealed in Glamour that she'd had surgery to go from a 32F cup to a 34D.

"I was 15 years old with [size] F [breasts]," she explained of why she had the procedure. "It's like, 'How do you navigate that?'"

Prior to the surgery, she said, she struggled to find clothes that fit right. "I'd have to wear the dress that was super tight and form-fitted everywhere because if I didn't, it didn't look good," she shared. "Everyone would [say], 'Why is she dressing so mature? That's so inappropriate for her age!' I understood what they were saying. It's not like I wanted to pick out those inappropriate dresses, it's just that I didn't really have another choice, or I was going to get ridiculed."

She added that while she "seemed confident" on the outside, she "wasn't feeling so happy" inside. That's changed since she went under the knife. As she told Glamour, "I can't even really put it into words about how amazing it feels to finally feel right."
