Bigger and healthier!
Bella Thorne admits that hitting the gym seven days a week, sometimes with two-a-days, has caused quite the change to her slim body. "I never used to work out. I was just so lazy," Thorne, wearing a chic Miu Miu dress with crystal floral embroidery, told Us Weekly at the Young Hollywood Awards on July 27 in L.A.
"Now, I literally work out every day. I go to SoulCycle in the morning, then I go to the gym with my brother and [boyfriend Tristan Klier] and all of our friends," the Blended actress, 16, said. "We usually do legs, biceps, back, and I do a full abs workout."
All of that sweat equity is paying off. "I'm definitely bigger," she told Us. "It's cool with me. I like being in shape and fit."
While Thorne has the active lifestyle down, her diet is another story. "What I eat is so unhealthy," she admitted. "People will order me salads at photo shoots, and it literally makes me laugh. I either want cheeseburgers with bacon and avocado, or I want pizza or hot dogs or chicken wings, which is my really big thing I'm into."
