Already indulging in too many sweet treats this holiday season?
As the Biggest Loser gets set to wrap its season Dec. 14, the show's fifth season champ, Ali Vincent, is offering tips on how to stay slim while on the go.
Whether you're party-hopping or traveling to meet family and friends, Vincent suggests tracking your caloric intake to make sure you can indulge when it's warranted.
"You don't always need to eat everywhere you show up. If you don't want to offend your hostess, make sure you eat small amounts," Vincent tells Us. "Write everything down and get active that week to make up for your pie and egg nog."
As for holiday exercise, Vincent — who travels the country eight months of the year for speaking engagements — says it's best to fit in a workout that doesn't feel like work.
Try shooting hoops with your family after sharing a meal, the Loser champ tells Us.
"[People] think if you don't have a gym, there's no way to work out. Go for a walk or play tag in the yard. I'm willing to bet you can find something to do to get active so you can enjoy Grandma's pumpkin pie!"
