Chelsea Handler knows exactly how to silence her haters. The hilarious star, 40, took to Instagram on Sunday, Aug. 2, to respond to an ex-boyfriend who once called her fat.
Handler took on the fat-shaming ex by sharing a beautiful photo of herself posing in a changing room in a tiny two-piece bikini. Her toned figure is on full display in a pair of pink bottoms and a plunging printed top, as she smiles from under a striped visor.
"You know, I had a boyfriend who told me my boobs were too big and that I was fat," she captioned the shot. "And then, I looked in the mirror."
The confident star is not one to cover up in her photos. Handler famously strips down on a regular basis on Instagram, and went stark naked for the April cover of Esquire magazine alongside Nick Offerman.
Handler, who did not name the critical ex, has never been married but had high-profile relationships with men including 50 Cent, hotelier André Balazs, and NBC exec Ted Harbert.
"I love men. I have men around all the time, I'm not an idiot, but you have to have somebody that brings out the best in you and I've never met somebody that really brings out the best in me," Handler said in an interview last year. "And I want to bring out the best in them. You don't want it to be a one-way street."
