It was a sad Valentine's Day for Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman.
After five years of marriage, the couple finalized their divorce, according to court documents unearthed by the Associated Press.
Details of the split were not divulged, but the judgment will not become official until April 15.
Us Weekly first broke news of the split back in October; singer Aguilera, 30, wed music producer Bratman, 33, in 2005. They share a 3-year-old son, Max.
According to documents revealed last week at Radar Online, the couple have resolved all matters regarding property, assets, and debt. A custody agreement was also reached for Max.
Since the breakup, Aguilera has stepped out with a new beau: Matthew Rutler, a former set assistant on her film Burlesque.
