Trisha Paytas is opening up about her nutrition plan after going on a GLP-1 medication.
“I have lost 30 pounds in two months using a GLP-1,” Paytas, 38, said via TikTok on Tuesday, June 23. “Here’s everything I eat in a day.” First, she held up a Venti Iced Green Tea Lemonade from Starbucks, which has “60 calories” in it. “I used to get an iced coffee or a matcha and it always had a ton of sugar in it,” she noted, adding that her lemonade still gives her a “little pep in [her] step,” thanks to the caffeine in it.
Next, she added a “super small scoop of yogurt” into a heart-shaped bowl with a “small scoop of” chocolate-flavored protein powder. “I’m obsessed with peanut butter so I do just a little small scoop of peanut butter as well. The fact that this is protein-y makes me so happy.” The influencer stirred all three together and added a handful of granola. “It’s super, super rich, actually. It tastes like you’re eating peanut butter fluff and I love having this before the podcast.”

After filming an episode of her “Just Trish” podcast, she ate albacore sashimi before having a baked crab roll. “The rice actually fills me up so much faster on the GLP-1 so I eat half of this and share it.” Paytas finished up with a lobster roll.
For dinner, Paytas had a “heapful” of mashed potatoes, steak and asparagus. “I do about two “scoops,” she said while putting potatoes on her plate. “I used to do this whole bowl of potatoes literally.”
While serving herself steak, Paytas shared that she “can’t even eat half” of it anymore and split it onto her daughter Malibu Barbie’s plate. She completed her dish by adding two pieces of asparagus. “I try to have at least one of these first in case I get full,” she said.
“The biggest myth of being on a GLP-1 is that you don’t crave food or that you’re not hungry,” Paytas said. “It’s so not true. I am always hungry [and] still having carbs. Every day looks different, which is great.”
