First fried chicken, now ice cream.
Former macrobiotic devotee Gwyneth Paltrow, 37, has been blogging about blowing her diet in her GOOP newsletter.

In Thursday's edition, she raves about a "perfect" ice cream sundae from Mike's Ice Cream in Nashville, where she has been shooting Love Don't Let Me Down alongside Tim McGraw. (Nashville native Reese Witherspoon also weighs in on her fave activities around town.)
"Not too large, made with good vanilla ice cream, drenched in chocolate and peanuts and with just the right amount of toffee," Paltrow wrote.
She also took her kids Moses and Apple — plus McGraw and Faith Hill's daughters, Gracie, Maggie and Audrey — to a toy store called Phillip's Toy Mart.
Last Thursday, Paltrow admitted she'd never "eaten so much fried chicken" since moving to the Tennessee city.
Less than a year ago, the actress was extolling the virtues of a three-week juice cleanse.
"I feel pure and happy and much lighter," she boasted. "I dropped the extra pounds that I had gained during a majorly fun and delicious 'relax and enjoy life phase' about a month ago."
Pal Mario Batali once joked to Us that Paltrow works out for "three hours a day."
