100 percent satisfied! Iggy Azalea revealed at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 29, that she “loves” her new surgically enhanced breasts.

“I love them so much I had to talk about them," the “Fancy" singer told E!’s Marc Malkin. "Everybody did say, 'I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because they're so small,'" Nick Young’s girlfriend added. "I said, 'I know but I'm just going to say it [because] I'm a blabbermouth!'"

The songstress, who was back onstage just four days after going under the knife this past November, explained she also didn’t want to deal with speculation.

"I'd feel better not to have some secret," she explained. "It's much freer to say it and then you don't have to worry."

The Australian star first revealed she got breast implants while chatting with Vogue for it’s April issue, which went on stands last week. "I did change something: Four months ago, I got bigger boobs!" she shared with the magazine. "I'd thought about it my entire life."

Sources close to the 24-year-old singer told Us Weekly that Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. Ashkan Ghavami is to credit for her new assets. The doctor specializes in Flash Recovery, a treatment that allows patients to be back on their feet in just a few days.
