What's wrong with being confident? Iggy Azalea publicly thanked her plastic surgeon for her "fabulous nose and breasts" in an Instagram post on Saturday, November 26.

The "Team" rapper, 26, shared a photo of herself with Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Ashkan Ghavami to wish him a happy birthday, writing, "Happy birthday @DrGhavami. It might seem obvious I'd hold the man I owe my fabulous nose and breasts to in high regard. But vanity aside; Ash you're hilarious as hell, talented, eclectic, a progressive thinker & someone who supports women in their choice to do what they want with their OWN bodies (tons of men don't share that sentiment). So cheers to you! I'm proud to call you my friend."

Dr. Ghavami later reposted Azalea's photo on his own Instagram account, adding, "Thank you a mill for everything! Your bold confidence is to be respected! My BDay is complete. Those like you who stand apart and trailblaze their own path no matter who tries to block or impede it, ALWAYS come out ahead, most importantly for themselves."

The "Fancy" entertainer hasn't been shy about her decision to go under the knife. She first unveiled her new look at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards shortly after admitting she got a boob job. A source exclusively told Us Weekly at the time that Azalea (née Amethyst Amelia Kelly) got a nose augmentation and a chin implant.

"She loves the results!" the insider told Us in May 2015. "She wasn't happy with her nose for a long time, so after the boobs she wanted to get that taken care of and then got the chin done at the same time."

The Australian star later confirmed the news to Seventeen magazine, saying, "Plastic surgery is an emotional journey. It's no easy feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself — and it's no easy feat to change yourself. … There are things I didn't like about myself that I changed through surgery."
