XXL for sure! Joe Manganiello showed off his almost alarmingly ripped bod in a gym picture via Twitter on Wednesday, Sept. 17.
Wearing a black tank and red shorts, Sofia Vergara's beau showed off his impressive muscles while lifting. "Getting ready for #MagicMikeXXL and shooting some new footage for http://evolution359.com with @Ron_MathewsLAB," the hunk captioned the sweaty snap.
The True Blood actor is reprising his role as stripper Big Dick Richie in the sequel to the 2012 hit. Dancing alongside Manganiello once more are equally fit hunks Matt Bomer and Channing Tatum.
In an interview with Men's Health in 2013 Manganiello admitted he doesn't diet. "I don't think I've ever counted calories in my life," he told the mag. "I eat to build. If it doesn't build something, it's superfluous."
