Julianne Hough Shares Her Workout Secrets: ‘I Mix It Up All the Time’

Julianne Hough’s physique is abs-olutely fabulous! In honor of Us Weekly’s Best Bodies issue, the dancer and actress sat down with Us Weekly Video to spill about her enviable shape.

“I mix it up all the time and I think that kind of shocks your body,” says the fitness apparel designer, 27. “I do dance cardio stuff, whether it’s Body by Simone or Tracy Anderson. I do SoulCycle, I do CorePower Yoga.”

But even super-fit Hough can’t escape ups and downs on the scale. “I actually fluctuate quite regularly, but I distribute my weight evenly,” admits the Dancing with the Stars alum, who is engaged to hockey player Brooks Laich. She says her favorite body part is her core “because my stomach never gets rolls even if I’m 15 pounds heavier!”
