Who says stripes are hard to pull off? Not Khloe Kardashian! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was looking better than ever at the HPNOTIQ liqueur's Glam Louder program in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, May 22.
Wearing a red and white striped strapless Robert Rodriguez dress with a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti white heels (designed by sister Kim's beau, Kanye West), the HPNOTIQ spokeswoman, 28, smiled as she flaunted her fit and toned figure. She paired the summer-ready dress with a bold silver ring and bracelet, while her long ombre-tinted hair flowed in loose waves.
Lamar Odom's wife was also loving her look — telling Us Weekly that she was happy to be rocking a pair of shoes designed by West.
"I love them!" she said of the white heels that Kim has been spotted wearing as well. "I am obsessed with them, I just love them." Of West, Khloe praised the fashion designer to Us, saying, "He’s an artist in every sense of the word, so he’s so artistic and designed them and I love it."
Although Kardashian has recently lost 25 pounds thanks to healthy eating and consistent exercise, she still is defending herself against online commenters who call her "fat" or insist she had plastic surgery to drop the pounds.
On Wednesday, the former X Factor judge took to her Twitter to address the mean comments after she Instagrammed a picture of herself from the Hypnotiq blue carpet.
"People LOVE to hate," she wrote. "I have worked really hard to be healthy and I am proud of my body! “Its all ME! I did it the healthy LONG way. Please don’t discredit my hard, long work. Don’t hate because you couldn’t do it. Try uplifting and getting inspired … Some are 2 toxic … Proves to me again … No matter what size, shape, color, whatever… Haters going to hate! So remember to always be happy with YOU!"
Haters aside, Khloe seemed to be in good spirits while talking to Us about the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which premieres June 2 on E!
"I just love that we get to spend time [together]," she said of filming with her close clan. "When you’re adults and you grow and all have your own jobs, you don’t get that much family time but by doing these TV shows we get so much family time, so I love that."
She added, "And seeing my nephew [Mason] and niece [Penelope] grow in front of me, it’s such a blessing. I have a really great job."
