Kim Kardashian's bootyful behind? It's real. The reality TV star went on an extended Twitter rant on Wednesday, Feb. 19, slamming rumors that she has received butt implants.

"I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections. Get a life!" Kardashian, 33, tweeted Wednesday. "Using pics of me 15lbs skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now! I still have weight to lose. Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight(especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes!"

Indeed, Kardashian also posted a split photo of herself blatantly photoshopped by one magazine: "BTW tabloid…please don't photoshop my clothes!" she wrote. "If they photoshop my clothes who knows what else they tweak."

The reality stunner, who gave birth to daughter North West last June, has been diligent about getting back in shape following a tough pregnancy: "Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you," she continued Wednesday. "I'm not perfect but I will never conform to your skinny standards sorry! Not me. And BTW I've lost a lot so far & I'm proud of that! Don't give young girls a complex!"

"It really hurt my soul," Kardashian told Jay Leno back in October of the fat-shaming she endured while pregnant. "It changed how I am in public. I've tried to live more of a private life."

As Us Weekly exclusively first revealed back in December, the reality star silenced her critics after flaunting her slimmed-down, amazing post-baby body in a revealing white bikini. "Kim feels confident again," a source close to Kanye West's fiancee told Us. "She worked really hard and is so motivated to stay fit."
