Love Island USA’s Hannah Fields revealed all the details on her breast augmentation.
Fields, 25, took her followers along every step of the way while undergoing a boob job on Wednesday, September 30. Ahead of going under the knife, Fields shared a clip of herself via TikTok dressed in a hospital gown and hairnet. “We’re in the waiting room!” she exclaimed to the camera. “I’m a little bit scared but it’s OK.”
“I’m gonna miss them. I really am,” she told the camera.
Five hours after her surgery, Fields said she was in “so much pain.”
“It feels like somebody’s sitting on my chest and my back really hurts,” she explained. “The first one and a half to two hours was the worst of it all. I took my medicine, I took a little nap. It still hurts really bad, but I feel like I’ve had worse pain before.” She added that her throat was dry and sore because of the “tube” in her mouth during surgery.

On Friday, October 1, Fields revealed her new cleavage. “I got to see my boobs!” she said while wearing a black zip-up bra and red sweatshirt. “So far, obviously, they are really high up and they’re really swollen right now, but guys, I just know they’re going to look amazing whenever I get my stitches out next week. I’m already loving them.”
“I got 300 and 325 ccs (one was bigger than the other),” she captioned the post, hinting that she opted for saline instead of silicone.
The Peacock star first announced that she was planning to get a breast augmentation on September 16.
“By the way guys, I’m getting my boobs done,” she said via social media. “End of this month. I had to tell you guys eventually because it’s gonna happen and nobody’s gonna stop me. My mom’s gonna see this and be like, ‘No, Hannah.’ But, I already booked the appointment.”
She continued, “Before you say anything, I do love my boobs, naturally, but I used to have a larger chest and since I got more active I lost it and I feel like it’s very dysphoric for me, so I have to. I want to.”
Fields added in the caption that she was only going up “one cup size.”
