Megan Fox slipped into something sexy for a spicy ad.
“Hi, I’m not Viagra,” Fox, 40, began in the Thursday, October 1, ad, while wearing a skin-tight red catsuit and stiletto heels. “I’m Ro Sparks. A prescription medication for men.”
In the next shot, Fox walked closer to the camera and showed off her glam, including glowy skin, filled-in eyebrows, contoured cheeks, long lashes and pink lips. She explained the contents of the drug while biting down on the packaging. “I stay in your system ready to go for up to 36 hours,” she detailed.
The camera zoomed in on her face while she said in the background, “I dissolve under your tongue — that’s for speed. And tadalafil lasts for hours and hours. If prescribed, I show up right at your door.” She concluded with a wink, “Don’t worry, my packaging is very discreet.”
Ahead of becoming Ro Sparks’ new face, Fox shut down comments in August that she was too “old” to post thirst traps. At the time, she showed off her body in a leather bandeau bra and matching chaps via Instagram.
“You’re still really pretty but you’re already old,” one user commented. “You should’ve taken you[r] clothes off more while you were young. Nobody wants to see a 40-year-old woman almost naked.”
Fox clapped back at the troll, commenting, “Then don’t look sis.”
She also responded to a fan who praised her figure after giving birth. “How does she look so good after just having a baby?? im jealous😭,” the social media user pondered. The Jennifer’s Body star answered their question, “A good photographer.”
Fox welcomed her fourth baby, daughter Saga, in March 2025 with her ex Machine Gun Kelly. She’s also the mom of three sons, Noah, 14, Bodhi, 12, and Journey, 10, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green. The duo got married in June 2010 and finalized their divorce in February 2022.
