Millionaire Matchmaker's Patti Stanger is back in the dating pool.
The star of the Bravo reality series and a third generation matchmaker has called off her wedding to boyfriend of six years Andy Friedman.
"I just ended my relationship with Andy," Stanger Twittered Saturday. "It hit me really hard that I want kids in my life. You have to agree on the non-negotiables."
Friedman — a 51-year-old real estate executive Stanger met through a matchmaker six years ago — popped the question in Maui, Hawaii, on her May 31 birthday last year. A black swan named Raymond delivered a 4-carat ring.
"I feel like it should have happened years ago, so I'm kind of shocked," Stanger told UsMagazine.com at the time of her engagement.
The newly-single Stanger is expanding her matchmaking business to New York City for the show's fourth season, currently in production. A premiere date has not yet been announced.
