Sami, 22, the daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, took to Instagram on Sunday, April 19, to show off her figure in a barely-there swimsuit. Her hot pink look featured a plunging neckline that exposed her cleavage and sideboob, lace-up details on her side and a cheeky back. The OnlyFans model teamed her look with silver hoop earrings and coordinating bracelets.
For glam, she donned a full beat while tanning, including dewy skin, long lashes, blushed cheeks and pink lips. Her long hair was parted down the middle and styled in loose curls.
“🌺,” Sami captioned the post. Her followers reacted to her thirst trap in the comments section.

Sami previously opened up about her figure, sharing via Instagram that she was suffering from breast implant illness.
“I’ve been experiencing health issues for nearly 2 years now with the weirdest symptoms and finally discovered that I have breast implant illness,” she captioned a mirror selfie at the time. “Idk how I haven’t figured this out sooner but I’m so happy I finally have an answer. I’m hoping to get them removed asap so I can start feeling better.”
While she still hasn’t gotten her implants removed, Sami exclusively opened up to Us Weekly about the decision as she continued growing her following on OnlyFans. “I think I definitely am gonna get a lot of photos of my boobs before I have to say bye to them forever,” she explained to Us in June 2025. “And I’m gonna stock up on my content and then, after that, once I’m all healed, um, I don’t know. We’ll see.”
She continued, “I’ve already gotten some messages from my subscribers … saying that they’re gonna stick around no matter what and they don’t care what they look like. And it’s nice to hear that I’m still gonna have subscribers even though, like, most of them are probably there for the look I have now.”
Sami also got candid about the exact details of her breast augmentation in July 2025. While answering fans’ questions via her Instagram Story, one of her followers asked, “Did you get silicone implants? Under or over the muscle?”
Sami replied with a bikini selfie, “I got silicone, moderate profile, under the muscle, 350 cc.”
