Natalie Thomas, Us' deputy news editor, is hitting the gym with Buff Brides author Sue Fleming (Katie Holmes was a devotee prior to marrying Tom Cruise!) before saying "I Do" to her beau of three years, Zach Friedman, on May 30.
The one thing that motivates me more than new gym clothes is new music. I can't wait to get into the gym to listen to new tunes once I've downloaded them. (A little trick: I make myself wait to listen to the songs at the gym and not at home or just walking around the city — it works!). And there's nothing more arresting than when you've exhausted your repertoire of songs.
