We Tried Jennifer Lawrence’s Full-Body Workout — Here’s What Happened!

Sure, Jennifer Lawrence loves her junk food. But those cravings for Doritos and pizza certainly haven’t affected her killer physique!  

And that’s all thanks to Dalton Wong, the founder of Twenty Two Training in London. So in an effort to score the Oscar winner’s world-famous legs, arms and abs, Us Weekly Video enlisted the U.K.-based trainer to teach us his ways at NYC’s TS Fitness gym.

After all, Wong, who worked with Lawrence, 25, while she filmed X-Men: First Class in 2010, is the man behind Mystique’s superhero body. “He changed my body for the movie but gave me the skills to change my life,” J.Law writes in the forward to his book, The Feelgood Plan (out now). “I love to train in his gym, then afterwards we go out for burgers and fries with his family. It’s all about balance.”
