Ant Anstead is sharing a glimpse into how his son, Hudson, celebrated the mother figures in his life.
Anstead, 47, snapped a photo of his 6-year-old son writing cards to a special someone during Mother’s Day weekend.
“Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums and Bonus mums out there shaping, teaching, nurturing, healing and raising awesome tiny people!” Anstead — who shares Hudson with ex-wife Christina Haack — wrote via Instagram on Sunday, May 10. “Hudzo is one lucky little boy! And so am I …! He was so excited choosing his cards and flowers this morning! He is one blessed boy x.”
In one photo, Hudson appears to start one handwritten card by writing “Nay Nay,” which is seemingly a nickname for his dad’s girlfriend, Renée Zellweger.
Another photo showed Hudson holding a giant bouquet of flowers as he sat in the backseat of a car.
“Sweetest Boy!!!” Haack, 42, commented on the photo before sharing her own photo with Hudson by a pool.
Anstead and Haack were married for nearly two years before they announced their separation in September 2020. They continue to coparent successfully and celebrate their son’s biggest milestones, including the end of soccer season.
“Last game and a solid 1-1 draw!” Anstead wrote via Instagram on Saturday, May 9, as his son received a team award. “Let’s go Hudzo! X.”
Kids aside, both Haack and Anstead have received a second chance at love and moved on with new partners after their split.
Haack went public with boyfriend Christopher Larocca at the beginning of 2025 and recently enjoyed a trip to Paris together as the HGTV star continues to grow her Clé Cachée champagne business.
“Paris for 72 hours with people I love and admire. I never take any of this life for granted,” Haack wrote via Instagram on Friday, May 8. “There was a time a few years ago when I had such severe anxiety and was at war with my brain. I am grateful to be doing what I love with people I adore with no one bothering me 🙏🤍. Oh and @clecacheechampagne rosé coming soon 🙌🩷.”
As for Anstead, he recently celebrated five years with Zellweger, 57, with a rare social media post featuring his girlfriend.
“How it started…..,” he wrote via Instagram on April 23 with a photo from their meet-cute on Celebrity IOU Joyride. “Happy FIVE YEAR anniversary my beautiful lady! Hands down The best human I know! Luckiest boy! I love you my Ren 💫❤️ x.”
